General FAQ’s

  • Are Travel Dreams Holidays ABTA & ATOL protected?

Absolutely, and this matters more than people realise. Travel Dreams by Ashleigh is part of the Co-operative Travel Consortium (ABTA P6938), and all applicable packages are fully ATOL protected. You can book with complete peace of mind knowing your money and your holiday are in safe hands.

  • Do you price match?

Yes, and we love a challenge. If you have found a quote elsewhere, send it over with a screenshot and we will do everything we can to match or beat it. You should never have to choose between great service and a great price.

  • Why should I book with you?

Because we actually care. We are not a call centre, a chatbot, or a website with a basket. We are real people who will get to know you, understand what you want, and be there every step of the way. No holding music. No passing you around departments. Just honest, personal service that the big names simply cannot offer.

  • When is my final payment due?

Your final balance is due 12 weeks before departure, though this can vary with some tour operators and we will always let you know in advance if that applies to your booking. We also offer a brilliant online payment facility so you can manage payments at your convenience, and ask us about spreading the cost with a direct debit plan.

  • Opening hours?

Honestly? We are pretty much always here. As a team that genuinely loves what we do, you will find us available well beyond your typical 9 to 5. We are a local, independent business and our customers always come first, so whether it is a quick question on a Sunday morning or a last-minute worry before departure, we have got you covered.

  • I'm not local, can I still book?

Of course! The vast majority of our customers plan, book, and chat with us entirely online or over the phone. Location has never been a barrier and it never will be. Wherever you are in the UK, we are your travel team.
