  • Is my holiday protected when I book with you?

    Yes, absolutely. Travel Dreams By Ashleigh which is part of ‘Your Holiday Booking’ when selling travel arrangements is a trading name of the The Midcounties Co-operative Travel Consortium Ltd who are ABTA and ATOL protected (ABTA P6938).

  • Do you price match?

    We can either price match, or beat most quotes from big retailers. Send the team a screenshot of the offer you have found, plus all the details, and we’ll make the magic happen.

  • Why should I book with you?

    The level of service compared to booking with the big name companies is unrivalled. We’re on hand when you need us to answer any questions or amend any details, ease any worries, and take the dreaded task of waiting hours on the phone to speak to the airline. Think of it as an ‘all in one’ package.

  • When is my final balance due?

    Balances are due 12 weeks prior to boarding (with the exception of a couple travel operators; don’t worry though, we will let you know in advance).

    I have a fantastic online payment facility that allows you to log in and make payments. Ask me about direct debits to pay in installments.

  • Opening hours?

    We pride ourselves on being personal, available at crazy hours, and putting our customers first.

    As a local independent company, customers are important, so rest assured, you're in the best hands around the clock.

  • I'm not local, can I still book?

    Of course! 90% of our customers do all their planning, booking and talking through our Facebook page. Yes we have an office, but by no means does that mean you have to travel 200 miles to see us face to face.

  Travel FAQs

  • Your tickets for your holiday will come via email approximately 7–10 days before you travel.

    Unless you are on an Easy Jet holiday package, then you travel on your confirmation invoice.

  • Easy Jet holidays: you can check in online up to 21 days before you travel or at the airport. This is only if you are on a package holiday. If it’s an Easy Jet flight, you will need to check in online and print your boarding passes.

    Jet2 holidays: You can check in online 28 days before travel or at the airport.
    If you are on a Jet2 flight that is chartered, such as our Lapland package’s, you can only check in at the airport.

    TUI holidays: you can check in online up to 48 hours before or at the airport.

    Inghams/Santas Lapland/Canterbury/Transun: Check-in is only available at the airport

    Scheduled airlines: Virgin, BA, Emirates, Icelandair, and JetBlue. You will need to check in online. Please see the individual airline for when it opens.

    Low-cost airline: Ryanair, EasyJet, Jet2 flights only; please check in online or you may be charged at the airport.

  • You will receive paperwork within 24 hours of booking and then a tour operator invoice will also come on email 7-14 days after booking. Please always check this carefully.

  • This differs for every package. Please check your holiday confirmation.
