Seven years ago, I was just a girl with a big love of travel, a head full of knowledge, and a dream of doing something with it. No big office. No team. Just me, a laptop, and a genuine desire to help people like you plan the holiday of a lifetime.
I started Travel Dreams from scratch because I believed something simple: that booking a holiday should feel exciting, not stressful. That you deserve someone in your corner who actually cares where you end up, not just that you get there.
And people trusted that. Slowly at first, then faster than I ever imagined.
Over seven years, word spread. Reviews came in. Families came back. Friends recommended us to friends. What started as one woman with a passion has grown into a team of ten brilliant people, all sharing the same values I built this business on: honesty, heart, and holidays that genuinely change your life.
We are now proud to hold over 400 five-star reviews. That is not just a number to me. Every single one represents a family that trusted us with their most precious time, and came home smiling.
On a personal note, I am a mum of three. My kids have been my greatest teachers in this business. They have helped me understand what families actually need when they travel, from the small details that make a child's face light up to the reassurances that give parents peace of mind. When I plan a family holiday, I am not just thinking as a travel agent. I am thinking as a mum.

It all begins with an idea. Ashleigh started her travel business after following her passion for planes, the sun, and living her best life while wanting to share her knowledge and expertise to help holiday-goers and travellers alike make their own memories.
Having graduated from university with a degree in travel and tourism and 13+ years of industry experience, both professional and personal, there is little Ashleigh doesn't know or can’t help with. She has travelled to over 26 destinations worldwide, and that number is increasing at a rate most people could only dream of.
